USU

USU is closing in my life with a bigger bang than I could have ever hoped!! I am having such a fantastic last semester in Logan!! My friends are terrific and amazing! Going to games, parties, and movie watching has been the best. I love being up here! I love the people and the crazy things that we get invited to and involved in. I love that USU hosts parties like Mardi Gras for us to get dolled up and go fake gamble. Going this year with my roommates was a very fun night.

This semester has been amazing right from the start with the glorious "mocktail night". Going to four parties in one night is exhausting. But I think the best part was the photos we got to take together! Ha ha, that may sound lame but it was a fun night and looking at our pictures you can see we got into character. Though that party was a total drag, the other three were lots of fun and staying up until four was fun until the next day when all I wanted to do was sleep.

I have really been making the most of this semester since it is my last. I don't know what is going to happen when I student teach, I don't know if I'm going to be able to come up to Logan to see friends all the time or if I will make new ones where I teach, if I teach out of state. I don't really know, but I am excited. I love where my life is going and the spontaneity that has creeped up on me. It has been so fun.

Not to mention the basketball games are a highlight of Spring Semester--especially this last one where a player shattered the backboard during halftime warmups. Ha ha it was hilarious, for many reasons but one being that once maintenance replaced it, they shattered the new one. Then decided to roll out a hoop and fix that one later. It was hilarious. I can't wait to go to the WAC tournament and see what else the Aggies will break.
We are ruthless and a devastating spectrum to play in, with jerky chants and untamed confidence that We will win. It is something that everyone (especially USU students) need to experience at least once. After a taste of the energy, you'll want to go back for more.

"Show me the Scotsman who doesnt' love the thistle.
Show me the Englishman who doesn't love the rose.
Show me the true blooded Aggie from Utah
Who doesn't love the spot where the sagebrush grows!"
